Available types of olives:
Manzanilo - from Spain, in Spanish means "little apple". A light and gentle oil with a unique taste, very aromatic with medium spiciness. Especially good for salad dressing and sauces.
Nabali - an Israeli species, most common in the Shomron hills. Has a fruity refined aroma, pleasant texture, low bitterness and spiciness.

Dear friends,
