Hi,
I'm sorry this translation is so late. My translator forgot to screw her head on this morning. Or yesterday. Actually, in the last week or so.
A few weeks ago our corn was not filled with kernals and I even got some questions about it. I don't know why I haven't written about it before, sorry.
Corn is a grass from the grain family, and looks almost like a huge weed or wild grass. However, it's flower column is larger and different from other plants in its family. From within its leaves grows the female flower, our corn to be.

Hi,
Last week the corn surprised me and was added to the boxes - what fun. Although I always try to give you an expectation list and to be as close to it as possible, this time I was not disappointed at all when I had to add a note in the boxes about the change. Fresh and tasty corn is always welcome. With corn, there is no choice; it must be picked at the right time. It's sweetness is seeked and enjoyed not only by us, but by a variety of other creatures!
There's nothing like eating each thing at the right time.

Hi,
What fun to write to you after working in the garden.
Slowly slowly almost all of the garden is summer crops. The last of the winter crops are still in our boxes and in the garden patches they are vacating we are now planting and sowing summer crops - different species of lettuce, an assortment of Cucurbitaceae, tomato, eggplant, beans ....
Today while weeding a new bean patch, I thought of the legumes (which include beans) and how they enrich the soil naturally (maybe I'll continue with this idea next week).

Hello dear friends,
Again I'm sending this email as an attached file in case it gets cut off.
I'm sorry, I don't know why this happens to some of you.
Last week you received corn without any "fanfare". Ofir from "Tiras Cham" didn't renew anything. We all really love corn (as does every other creature in the field). Corn is the largest grain in the world. It is among the most common crops (with wheat and rice) and there is absolutly nothing better than young sweet natural corn! Most of the corn I ate this year was uncooked - while picking and packing I simply eat the less nice looking ears, those that don't look good enough for my clients, but are very tasty.
