Hope you all had a wonderfull vacation! I missed you..
1. First, I wish to notify everyone of changes in deliveries for the NEXT WEEK due to Independence day.
Deliveries to Herzelia, north Tel Aviv, Yehud and Kiryat Ono are being moved to Monday, April 23rd instead of Wednesday April 25th. For those of you affected by this change, please be sure to order by Sunday at 12:00.
2.This week we have a huge variety of greens, just before we part from them for the summer.

1. Still looking for delivery person - We are still looking for someone to deliver our weekly vegetable boxes, someone who can work on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays, long-term, and reliable. If you know of anyone for whom this two-day job is suitable, please, please refer him or her to me. This is an excellent job for students who we promise to pamper with excellent vegetables!

Hi all,
It is really spring, maybe even summer, in the garden. The green rows of leafy winter crops are gradually turning into rows of fruit-bearing summer plants (squashes, zucchinis, tomatoes, green beans...). You probably notice that the veggie boxes are containing fewer green leaves than in earlier months. Now, almost all the vegetables fit into the box...well, almost. Soon all will fit into the boxes because our summer vegetables, actually fruits (that's what tomatoes, cucumbers, squashes really are; see last week's mail), are more compact that leaves.
